Sumus is the holding company for Falcon Group Plc, a long established and consistently profitable IFA group. Falcon was founded in 1983 by Allan Rosengren and Julian Telling, respectively Group Chief Executive and Group Operations Director of Sumus. Allan and Julian have worked together as IFAs and business colleagues since 1980 and have succeeded in building a large and growing organisation during the last twenty years.

We are intent on becoming a major consolidator in the IFA sector, both by way of organic expansion and through carefully selected acquisitions of substantive minority equity stakes in IFA firms, which become authorised through Falcon Group. We thus provide business partners with capital, which they can use to grow their businesses. We also offer compliance and risk management resources.

Sumus is also in a position to acquire interests in complementary services, such as asset management and pension scheme management.
