Paul Bradshaw
Non-Executive Chairman
Paul has run a number of financial services businesses including Skandia Life, Scottish Amicable International and latterly Abbey's insurance and asset management operations.
Paul's knowledge of the sector and his first hand experience of growing large financial services businesses is invaluable to the Group in its continuing growth. His very substantial knowledge and contact base support the growth and expansion of the Group and assist in driving forward the opportunities that lie ahead.
Paul is Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
Paul is also Chairman of Nucleus Financial Group and Non Executive Director of Merchant Investors Assurance. |

Allan Rosengren
Group Chief Executive
Allan co-founded Falcon Group plc in 1983 with Julian Telling who he had met whilst working at a national firm of financial brokers.
During Falcon’s early years Allan developed a high net worth clientele and was instrumental in attracting high quality advisers to the business.
As Group Chief Executive, Allan is responsible for Group strategy and direction.
Allan holds positions on a number of advisory committees and charitable organisations. |

Julian Telling
Group Operations Director
Julian is a native Bristolian and met Allan whilst working for a national firm of financial brokers in the early 80’s.
After co-founding Falcon Group plc in 1983 Julian built up a client bank of high net worth individuals, which is now managed by a number of colleagues.
As Group Operations Director Julian is responsible for compliance and risk management, administration and group marketing.
Julian also holds a number of positions where he sits on advisory boards and charitable organisations. |

Peter Smith
Group Finance Director and Company Secretary
Peter is a Chartered Accountant and was formerly a partner with KPMG and group finance director of Christie-Tyler Group, one of the UK’s largest upholstered furniture manufacturers.
During his time working in private practice, both as an audit partner and latterly in corporate finance Peter has gained substantial experience of the financial services industry.
Peter is responsible for overseeing the group’s finance function and for structuring the financial side of group acquisitions. |

Andrew Snowball
Non-Executive Director
Andrew is Commercial Director of FSAS Ltd and contributes significantly to the implementation of the Group's strategy.
Having founded FSAS with his colleagues Alan Pinkerton and Alastair Mackay he brings a wealth of experience to the Group proposition.
Andrew sits on both the Audit and Remuneration Committees. |

Stephen Gazard
Commercial Director - Falcon Group plc
With considerable experience of financial services operations at Director level Stephen works closely with Allan on the strategic development and direction of the Group.
Stephen holds primary responsibility for both acquisitional and organic growth as well as working with existing members to assist them in the development of their own practices.
In addition he holds the lead role in maintaining relationships with a broad range of provider groups. |

Louise Whelan
Compliance Director - Falcon Group plc
Louise qualified as a solicitor in 1992.
She joined Falcon Group plc as office manager and within a year was appointed Compliance Officer.
Louise’s prime responsibility is to run the firms ever expanding risk management department. |
